Every payment is tied to a milestone you can see and review: the design preview and complete HTML files come before the final 50%.
Hosting & care ($30–$50/month) is optional, and billing starts only after your site is live. Nothing is billed for hosting before launch.
Payment questions
When do I pay?
Not before you commit: the mini website audit and teaser mockup are free, with no obligation. Once you decide to go ahead, you pay in four milestones: 10% at kickoff, 20% after you see the full design preview, 20% when we send the complete HTML files, and 50% after your site is live. For a $500 rebuild that's $50, $100, $100 and $250; for $600 it's $60, $120, $120 and $300.
Is the audit and teaser mockup really free?
Yes. The mini website audit and teaser mockup are free and come with no obligation. You only pay once you decide to start, beginning with the 10% kickoff.
What's the difference between the teaser mockup and the design preview?
The teaser mockup is a free, quick look before you commit. The full UX/design preview is the complete design of your new site, made after kickoff; the 20% milestone is due after you see it.
What if I don't like the design?
You'll have seen the free teaser before committing, and payments are tied to milestones you review. You'll see the full design preview before the second payment is due, so tell us what you'd like changed and we'll talk it through before moving on.
How much do I pay before anything is live?
Nothing for the free audit and teaser. After you commit, 50% of the rebuild price is paid before launch: 10% at kickoff, 20% after the full design preview and 20% for the complete HTML files. The remaining 50% is due after your site is deployed and live.
When does hosting & care billing start?
Only after your site is live. Hosting & care is optional, at $30–$50 per month.
